These terms govern your stay at Seaside Hotel, Vlorë. By making a reservation you agree to the conditions set out below — please read them carefully.
Reservations & Payment
A reservation is confirmed once we have received your booking details and any required deposit or full payment. Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely and the hotel does not store your full card details.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in is from 14:00.
- Check-out is until 11:00.
- A valid photo ID or passport is required on arrival for every guest.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur a charge.
Cancellation & No-show
Cancellation conditions depend on the rate booked and are shown at the time of reservation. For non-refundable rates the amount paid is not returned. In the event of a no-show, the first night may be charged. To cancel or amend a booking, please contact us as early as possible.
Hotel Policies
- All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
- Quiet hours are observed between 23:00 and 07:00.
- Pets are accepted on prior request and may be subject to a supplement.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay.
Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence. A safe is provided in each room for valuables. Please report any issue to reception without delay so that we can assist you.
Privacy
Personal data provided during booking is used solely to manage your reservation and stay, in line with applicable data-protection law. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
